Change the Port Used for PC-FAX Send (Windows® )

You can change the printer port that is used when you send a fax using PC-FAX.
  1. Do one of the following:
    • (Windows Vista® )

      Click (Start)>Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Printers

    • (Windows® 7)

      Click (Start)>Devices and Printers>Printers and Faxes

    • (Windows® 8)

      Move your mouse to the lower right corner of your desktop. When the menu bar appears, click Settings>Control Panel. In the Hardware and Sound group, click View devices and printers>Printers

  2. Do one of the following:
    • (Windows Vista® )

      Right-click Fuji Xerox PC-FAX and select Properties.

    • (Windows® 7 and Windows® 8)

      Right-click Fuji Xerox PC-FAX and select Printer properties.

  3. Click the Ports tab and then select using the port.
  4. Click OK.
