  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press or to display the Fax option, and then press OK.
  3. Press or to display the Address Book option, and then press OK.
  4. Press or to display the Setup Groups option, and then press OK.
  5. Do one of the following:

    • To delete a Group stored in a Speed Dial Location

      Press and then enter the three-digit Speed Dial location. and then press OK.

    • To delete a Group stored in a One Touch Dial

      Press a One Touch button.

  6. Press 2 to delete the Group.
  7. Press 1 to confirm.
  8. Press Stop/Exit.

  1. Press (Fax)>Address Book>Edit>Delete.
  2. Press or to display the Group you want, and then press it.
  3. Press OK.
  4. When the LCD asks Erase this data?, press Yes.
  5. Press .
