Save Your Fax Settings as the New Default

Save the several fax transmission settings you use most often by setting as the default. These settings will stay until you change them again.
  1. Press (Fax)>Options.
  2. Press or to display the setting you want to change, and then press it. Then press the new option.

    Repeat this step for each setting you want to change.

    • Fax Resolution
    • 2-sided Fax (DocuPrint M265 z)
    • Contrast
    • Real Time TX
    • Coverpage Setup
    • Overseas Mode
    • Glass Scan Size
  3. When finished, press or to display the Set New Default option, and then press it.
    The LCD asks you to confirm the change to the new default settings.
  4. Press Yes to confirm.
  5. Press .
