Change the Copy Quality

Select the copy quality for the type of document you are copying.

  1. Load your document.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • DocuPrint M225 z

      Press (Copy).

      Use the dial pad to enter the number of copies you want.

    • DocuPrint M225 dw

      Press or to enter the number of copies you want.

  3. Press Options.
  4. Press or to select the Quality option, and then press OK.
  5. Press or to select the Auto, Text, Photo or Receipt option, and then press OK.
  6. Press Start.

DocuPrint M265 z

  1. Load your document.
  2. Press (Copy).
  3. Enter the number of copies.
  4. Press Options.
  5. Press or to display the Quality option, and then press Quality.
  6. Press or to display the Auto, Text, Photo, or Receipt option, and then press the option you want.
  7. When finished, press OK.
  8. Press Start.
