Alternate Solution (Advanced users only)

Install the PHP interpreter manually:

1. Download the latest PHP zip package (NOT the installer) from www.php.net
2. Unpack the downloaded package to some folder
3. Open Options -> Preferences -> Preview -> Script Preview
4. Click Web Server Settings
5. Enter the path to php-cgi.exe file (a part of PHP interpreter)
